I
used to believe that deprivation was the key to slimming down. I thought that if
I somehow punished myself and eliminated
certain foods from my diet forever, that I would magically see
rapid weight loss results. All I can tell you was that I was
soooo wrong! I found that the only thing that seemed to
magically appear was added pounds. Can you relate? I also found
myself hitting the library trying out every diet I could get my
hands on. The ones where you eat only protein, then can stuff
your face with anything you want on Sunday, or the one where you
eat a palm size of protein and carbs at each meal, or even the
ones where you count points or weigh and measure food. I found that
I just didn't seem to have the discipline or
willpower to forever rid chocolate or
other decadent delights from my life. I found myself feeling like a failure and was headed
down a nasty downward cycle of
body hatred and creeping pounds until I learned how to think
thin!
Once I began to think thin, everything changed.

went from a size 14/16,
down to a size 6/8 and has been
within a 10 pound range ever
since! It hasn't always been
easy, yet I have the tools to
support you to rapid weight loss
in a natural and exciting

My love of motivational
psychology stems back to when
I was just a Freshman in
college. I was always obsessed
with how the ultra successful
achieved success. Whether it was
wealth, abundance, or
opportunities, I had to know. This same
fascination spilled over into
learning how to slim down.
When I was a freshman in
college, I had this thought...
"If I wanted to get rich, I
would study rich people. Maybe
in order to slim down, I could
learn what skinny people do to
stay thin!
I had a ton of thin friends
that never seemed to worry about
their weight and so I knew that there
was something very different
between them and her. So I
went on a mission to figure out
what it was.
Sure enough, that's what I
did! And over the years, I
interviewed hundreds of these
"naturally thin people".
In studying these thin people,
my waistband began to shrink,
my pants began to sag, and my
collar bones started to show
their little boney heads.
I
could even sit with my legs
crossed comfortably! It was
fantastic!
That was over 14 years ago and
I've been doing this work for
the last 10-11 years. I give
people back their lives, back
their self-esteem and back their
beautiful bodies.
I

so much information
that I want to

began

show
commitment
is the
#1 key
to
weight
loss

Frank M.
Sacks,
MD, a
professor
of
medicine
at
Harvard
University,
and lead
author
on this
study
states,
“We
thought
that the
higher
protein
diet

more
satiating
and lead

better
weight
loss
long
run, but
